  I am being charged 19.99 a month, but i do not have any subscriptions or anything with you all.

  I am very upset not being able to reach out to anyone with issues, the page sends you a link but when you click it state “Not Available”.

  I paid my account all at one time to where i would not have reoccurring payments taken out. This is my own topic just wanted to get all the info out there, if no answer I will go to bank and cancel there.
