    Hi We have had £15.00 taken out of our bank account ref [redacted] but I need a recipt emailed over for this please my address is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there,

    For security reasons we can only send receipts for WordPress.com purchases to the email address connected to the account that made the payment, and the upgrade connected to the transaction ID you referenced belongs to a completely different account than the one you used to post here.

    Please log in as the correct account, and you’ll be able to view the receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/, and resend the email version if you didn’t receive it at the time the payment was made.

    If you don’t know what the correct account is, please let us know and we can follow up via email to give you that information – you have already provided verification in the form of the transaction ID, but please don’t post sensitive information like that in a public forum in future.
