Charge on my account

    I was recently advised by my back that I have been charged by jetpack since 12/27/2018 $3.50 for something I did not request. I need immediate stop to these charges and also that all the funds taken from my account refunded to me for the past (17 months).

    I need someone to respond back to me as soon as possible regarding this matter, otherwise my bank will take further charges up with you. They asked me to reach out to solve this error with you otherwise they will take it as fraudulent charges on my account toward your company.

    Hi @manelbarry, I don’t see any charges associated with this account. Can you use wpchrg.com to find the correct account and contact billing directly?
