I have a $99 charge form you for some reason. My wife had generated a free account, and then somehow my credit card got charged (which she doesn’t even have the number too!) I would like to receive a refund and any amplifying information on how such charges may have transpired. Thank you!

Did you add any card details for an upgrade on this new account? Do you have any other WordPress.com sites? You should be able to find details at: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

I’m happy to investigate. Please let me know which site is connected to the charge. There aren’t any charges or sites associated with the user account you’ve used to contact us here. We will need to find the right account in order to move forward.
