Chargeback Fine?

  Hello,
  I just tried to renew my account and now it’s saying that I had a chargeback fine for something? How much is the fine and when did that occur? I am not sure I remember. I would like to renew for another year.

  Hi there,

  On 12 February 2016 we renewed the domain upgrade on your account, and then on 2 March 2016 you reported that payment as a fraudulent charge with your bank.

  As we explained to you via email at that time, when you do this we are fined $20 by our payment processor, and you will need to pay that fine before you’ll be able to use your site again. You can find our full policy here:
