Charged after cancellation

    Hello,

    I cancelled my renewals of both the domain and the wordpress services, however, my bank has still been charged.

    Also, I cancelled auto renew, yet today I have received another email claiming the services will be auto-renewed in 30 days…?

    Please can both these issues be resolved by your team:
    1. Refund of £51
    2. Cancellation of auto-renew

    Yes, of course. Happy to help.

    So, looking at the account I can see that we charged £51.00 on March 18th and then issued a refund on request. Those funds could take up to ten days to reach you.

    Is there another charge that you’re looking for? If so, it must be under a different user account. In that email that you mention, it should say which site is involved with the charge. Please share that with me here. Then we can take a better look.
