Charged for a free account that isn't working

  I’m being charged twice for a free site. It isn’t even working. “https://researchvaccines.org/.” PLEASE REMOVE and REFUND. Never paid for it with the credit card on file. I did however use that credit card for this site. VaccineResearcher.com. Can you please straighten this problem out, and let me know when the issue has been resolved.

  Hi @cindystolten, your site is free but your domain isn’t. If I remove the upgrade and refund you, researchvaccines.org will stop working and will not be available for repurchase elsewhere. Please let me know how you’d like to proceed.
