Charged for a website with no access to account

  I was charged months ago for a website that I don’t have access to. I used a work email to create it and it no longer exists because I don’t work there. I have filled out a form asking for help 3 times with no response. Can someone please help me? It’s infuriating paying $117 for something I have no access to and does not appear to exist on the web.

  It was created with a different account and email that I no longer have access to. It was for an old job I left years ago. :(
