charged for an inactive account

Hi there, I was charged a renewal fee without warning for an inactive account. It’s been cancelled now and I’m hoping to be able to get a refund, or for you to approve a charge reversal from my bank. Thanks.

Please see the reply we sent you via email about an hour ago, and continue working with us in that email ticket to resolve this, as that’s a better place to help with billing issues than here in the public forums.
