Charged for domain

    Hello,

    I was charged £11 on 18/06/2017 for what I can only work out to be mapping of a domain name to WordPress. However, I removed this domain a long time ago and don’t have any active upgrades, but I was still charged?

    Is there any chance of refunding this?

    I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
