Charged for personal plan and premium plan for one small blog

I reduced my subscription to to $48 a year and was charged. Then I was charged a second time for the $96. It’s only one personal account but maybe I did something wrong. Please look at the site and take away the $96 charge.
The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.
