Charged For Something and NO ACCOUNT

    I am trying to find someone to support this issue. I was charged and do not have an account. I am trying to search the transaction and get an error message. How do I find an actual support person???

    Hello!

    I understand this can be frustrating, especially when you’re trying to identify a charge without seeing a connected account.

    If you believe the charge is from WordPress.com, please go to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com and enter your transaction details there. This will help match the payment to the correct service.

    If you’re not sure where to find the transaction ID, you can follow this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#on-your-credit-card-statement

    In most cases, the transaction ID is:

    • A 9 or 10 character alphanumeric code for bank or credit/debit card transactions
    • A 17-digit alphanumeric code for PayPal payments

    Once you submit the details in the form, you’ll be able to see the information about what the charge is for. If you still have questions after that, there will also be an option to contact support directly through the page for further help.
