Charged for what??

    I keep getting $70 taken out of my account every year!! How do I stop this and get a refund? I can’t figure out how they are taking money? There is no credit card in the card area?!!

    I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

    Hi,

    There are no sites or subscriptions under your account. If the charges you mentioned come from WordPress.com, they must be connected to a different account of yours (using a different email address).

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.

    If the charge indeed comes from WordPress.com, you’ll be able to use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this. We’ll need to get some additional information from you to track down the transaction, and we cannot discuss those here in the public forums.
