  Hi,

  I used to have a membership with Jetpack but I took down my WordPress site, thedorkyfrench.com, 6 months ago.

  I contacted support team then to stop my membership but was charged £32.02 on the 3rd of August.

  I would like to please request a refund and cancel my ongoing membership.
