  my bank shows that you charged me twice so I wanted to make sure I get both charges back in my refund

  Hi there,

  I see only one charge for the account you’re using to post here, made yesterday. And you cancelled that upgrade and we issued a full refund the same day. You can see receipts for both these transactions here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  Please check your statement again and make sure if the second entry is not actually the charge being reversed.

  It’s also possible that your bank lists the charge authorisation and the actual charge as two separate entries on the statement. If it is, the transaction ID appearing next to “WORDPRESS” on the statement should be the same for both transactions.
