    Hi there,

    The account you’re using to post here was created yesterday, owns no sites, and has never purchased any upgrades on WordPress.com.

    For which upgrade on which site have you been charged?

    The only way you can be charged automatically on WordPress.com is for the annual renewal of an upgrade, and if so you gave permission when you accepted our renewal terms on purchasing the original upgrade about a year ago.

    As with new purchases, we do offer a full refund for 30 days on renewals as well, but in order to help with that I’ll need to know what site it is for, and I’ll also need you to confirm as the account that owns the site and upgrades in question.
