Charged Payment without Purchase any Product

  I got charge 48 Dollars for the personal plans. I cancelled the order within 10 Minutes and I have not been refunded my 48 Dollars. I am not happy that I got charge instantly without any trial period.

  Yes, when you make a purchase with WordPress.com, the charge is made on the front end. However, your refund has been processed and it can take up to 7-10 days for the refund to post your bank statement.

  Thank you for your response. As cited above by your good self that my amount will be refunded in a weak but the refundable amount is Dollar 30? What about dollar 18? Why will 18 dollar will be deducted from my account while I didn’t purchase any domain or plugins??

  As you can see from your Billings page (https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing) two refunds have been issued. $30 for the plan and $18 for the domain transfer that wasn’t completed.

  Yes, the full $48 will be refunded. I processed the refund for the remaining $18 when I first replied to you.
