Charged twice?

Hello, it appears I was charged twice for my annual billing. Is that correct?

I’m not seeing any recent charges on this WordPress.com account. The most recent charge was from June and both of them have been canceled and refunded. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing
If you were charged on another account, please log in to that account and go to https://wordpress.com/me/billing to see the receipts. If you need further help, you can go to https://wordpress.com/help/contact from the other account where you have a paid subscription and you’ll be able to contact us via email or live chat (depending on which WordPress.com plan you have).
If you’re unable to log in to the account where the charges occurred, please use the account recovery form to send us the transaction ID from your payment to WordPress.com. We’ll get back to you via email to help you log in to the correct account.
Please don’t share the transaction ID on this forum.
