charged twice, refunded once

    hello, seems like this is the only way to ask for support, publicly? ok, i was charged twice for jetpack and 1) i don’t understand why i have two charges of $29 for one jetpack pro service. then, 2) i requested a refund right away but i only received one refund. please help me get the other refunded. thank you

    Hi there,

    It looks like the original charge went through twice, but only the one was recorded in your billing history.

    I’ve refunded the duplicate charge as well. You should receive both refunds in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
