Charged without notification

    I need to Receive reimbursement for a charge to my credit card. I do not want to renew my page. Thank you for understanding.

    The last charge I can see on your account was in November 2017. If you received an email about an upgrade renewing, it looks like you cancelled before the renewal went through, so you won’t be charged for another year.

    If your credit card already shows a charge, that is likely just the pre-authorization. That should be removed within a few days. If it isn’t, please let me know.
