Charged yearly for unknown account

  I’m being charged yearly for an account but I don’t know what that account is. I don’t have a url or access to whatever email is associated with the unknown account. I have the transaction id from my bank.

  If it doesn’t find the charge, you’ll be given the option to contact the billing team directly.

  I know I’m being charged by WordPress. Now that it’s confirmed, what do I do to stop it when I don’t have access to the account or the email associated with it?
