  The amount charged to my card was $251, when I checked out yesterday it was $122

  Of what charge are you speaking, and on which site?

  The account you’re using to post here does not own any WordPress.com site, and you have never bought any upgrades from us. I see a Jetpack-connected site in your account, but that site is hosted by Bluehost.com. Please contact them directly regarding any charges you’ve received for that site.
