  Hi I’m being charged for a subscription to your site. I can’t figure out where it’s coming from. I haven’t used WordPress in 2 years but I just found a big charge for a year subscription. Can you help me figure out how to stop the charges? Thank you

  Hi there!

  It looks like there haven’t been any charges from this WordPress.com account since December last year (which has already been refunded). If you were charged recently, it would have been on a different WordPress.com account.

  Please reach out to us in one of the following ways and we’ll be happy to help with this further:

  1 – Use the form on this page https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ to look up the charge on our end by using information related to the payment. After entering the information, you’ll see the option to contact billing support directly on that page. Please reach out to us through that form and we’ll get back to you via email after locating the payment on our side.

  2 – If you see a transaction ID, which can typically be found on your credit card statement, please use the account recovery form to send the transaction ID to us. We’ll get back to you via email with information about the payment on our side and help you log in to the correct account. Please do not share the transaction ID on this forum.
