Charges for a site I don’t have/don’t use

    I have been charged approx $153 every year on October 8 since 2016 for a service I do not use. On many occasions I have tried to cancel the service but find your automated account management impossible to use. I had thought I had halted any payments to you through PayPal but I see on myPayPal account I have been charged yet again this year. I am absolutely fed up and I want my money back. I am serious and if action is not taken I will take my case to the unfair trading department here in Australia, the ACCC.
    I don’t want ask in forums, I want WordPress to respond with a real human who will sort out this dispute and explain your company’s actions.

    But we haven’t heard back. We don’t even know what the site is so it’s hard to help with a refund. Can you use the form at wpchrg.com to look up the charge? When you’ve found that, the billing team can help you, or, reply here to tell us the site associated with the charge.
