charges not showing on my account

  Please tell me why i am being charged. I not longer need this account and did not know I was being charged. Is there a way to reimbursed. wordpress doesn’t even have my card on file. How does this happen?

  I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
