Charges to Account

  Hi, we received a charge for our annual subscription and we need the receipt for that. However, the account manager listed is an old employee and we are trying to reach him, but can´t. How can we get the receipt, change the account manager and provide a new credit card?

  Hi there,

  We’re not able to provide you with a receipt for a payment made by another account, as the receipt contains information that can potentially be used to take over that account without the account owner’s knowledge.

  However, it appears as if you might have been able to contact the account owner already, as our logs show the domain was transferred yesterday from the original owner, braziltalkdotorg to another admin on the site, fernandohaddadmoura.

  Note that braziltalkdotorg still owns the premium plan on the site. If that should also be transferred to the other account, the owner of the braziltalkdotorg account will have to contact us via https://wordpress.com/help/contact to request that, or they can follow the process at https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/ to transfer ownership of both the site and the plan to another admin.
