Charges to transfer URL from another provider

I own gmacps.com from Bagful.net upto April 2019. I want to create a wordpress website connected to the url, gmacps.com.
I want to know what are the charges applicable if I transfer gmacps.com to wordpress (including wordpress website). I also want to know that how can I generate funds using ads on such websites.

To be able to use your domain gmacps.com on a WordPress.com site, you need to upgrade to one of our plans. Each plan comes with a free domain credit which can be used to register, map, or transfer a domain. In your case, you can use that domain credit to either map (keep the domain to your current registrar and point it to your WordPress.com) or transfer it here and manage it with your site in one place.
Everything (domain, hosting, traffic, support, etc.) is already included in our plans and you won’t be charged anything extra, not even the transfer.
To monetize your site by displaying ads, you can apply to WordPress.com’s WordAds program. If you purchase the Premium or Business plan, you’ll have automatic access to the WordAds program and you’ll be able to set up advertising on your site immediately. If you want to use another advertising program like Google AdSense, you need to upgrade to the Business plan.
