  Hello. I was in a convo yesterday about cancelling my account – please can I chase up any feedback please? Many thanks

  I’ve checked your account and can confirm your plan has been cancelled and refunded on 23-Mar-2017.

  Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:
