Chatting with the nice people from Automattic disappeared.

    I used to log into Woocommerce and chat with a person to get help (we have subscrption and use WooCommerce Payment to handle all online activities. everything is working now the credits….etc. But some unknown reason I am no longer able to chat with anyone . I must have done something to get to this point. Can you give me a link to reactivate the live Chat . I have few question WooCommerce payment set up.

    WooCommerce still offers 24/7 chat support for folks who have purchased WooCommerce extensions at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

    It’s possible that you may have tried to reach their chat support when it was at capacity though. When that happens, email is the only presented option.
