Check Primary Site's Jetpack Connection Error Message

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hello,
Whenever I try to access my site in WP lately, I receive the error message to please check your primary sites jetpack connection, and it won’t allow me to make necessary changes to the site.

Looking at other resources, it appears that my Jetpack is indeed connected. I can’t seem to find out how to deactivate it/uninstall and reinstall either.

    Can you help?

  • Hi there,

I’ve checked on our end and Jetpack appears to be connected correctly from what I can see. Can you tell me a bit more about the trouble you are having?

I can see you are correctly logged in to your WordPress.com account, your issue is with accessing the wp-admin dashboard on your site? What is the URL of the page you are on when you see that message? Thanks for the additional info!

  • Hi again,

I forgot to mention that this is the support forum for our free sites, but your Business Yearly Plan upgrade includes priority live chat support that you can access 24 hours a day (except major holidays)

With this in mind you are encouraged to reach out to us here, and we can take a closer look at your issue in realtime. No need to wait for a reply in the forums: https://wordpress.com/help/contact

    Hope this helps!
