  I was just checking on my refund status, but I am also having trouble with another account, logins, now editing.

  Your Premium plan was fully refunded on 15-May-2017. You can view a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show up on your account.

  Did you manage to login to your other account in the end?
