  on the checkout page there are duplicate payment methods. I need to charge an additional cost for certain payment methods but i can only change ‘1 payment method’. for instance there are 2 ‘KBC direct’ payment methods on the checkout page, i can make it so that i can charge an additonal cost on one of the 2 ‘KBC direct’ payment method. I can’t make any changes to the other one, nor can i delete it.
  Is there a way to delete duplicate payment methods?
