Checkout page not working

  Hi there,
  The website http://www.identityschoolofacting.com has a page called ‘Apply Now’ as we are an acting school. Once someone applies and proceeds to the application form the page freezes once a head shot is uploaded. It cannot proceed to the payment page.

  If you click here – http://www.identityschoolofacting.com/product/adult-audition/ Click ‘1’ then purchase you will proceed to the checkout page, if you try to upload a file you will notice that it just keeps loading and doesn’t proceed.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you.
