  Hey there, I’m sure there’s an option for that, but it’s a bit out of our wheelhouse: these forums are primarily for sites that use our free-tier hosting. We’re a little different from the WordPress software itself. This article explains some of the differences.

  Can you try reaching out to WooCommerce sales? They’ll know what will work, or at least be able to point you in the right direction. Use “I have a question about a specific extension or theme I’d like to purchase” > and then click the contact link to contact sales.

  Also, you’ll want to create an account at WordPress.org so you’ll have access to the correct community for your site. Or, you’d be welcome to host here; your plan would get direct support.
