Chinese characters showing up on page

  When I google Tirana times, some weird Chinese characters show up, which leads me to believe that this is a vulnerability issue. I cannot even access the dashboard.
  Any ideas how to solve this?

  We can’t help you as this site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform, https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=tiranatimes.com. Only the owner of that site is able to solve this problem.
