Chinese displaying on my account page instead of English

  I just logged on to WordPress.com to look at creating a blog. I have an account for commenting on other blogs, etc. All of the sudden, everything on my page is in Chinese (my language of preference is English, and I did not change it) I can’t figure out where the settings are, because nothing comes up in English. I tried it on another browser, and still the same thing. Even the links on this contact page are in a different language. Can you please help?
