choosing thumbnail for videos

  Hello! I’m trying to figure out how to choose a thumbnail for a couple of videos i’ve uploaded w/video press. it used to be easier….but i can’t figure it out now and the pictures that are frozen on my vids are awful! Thank You!!!! :)

  oh goodness. such a goober. it’s quite easy actually. found it…was going into my media library from edit my post instead of from dashboard, so i didn’t see the options. alrighty then!
