Chrome browser add on ‘WordPress.com for Google Docs’ – Authorization fail
-
Hello, it is not possible to get a connection between Docs and WordPress, as the authorization process fails right from the begin.
I installed Jetpack again, emptied cache and also third party cookies are allowed. So, I still get the message that says ‘That site does not seem to be accessible or no longer has the Jetpack plugin installed.’
Does anyone know what I can do about it?
kind regards, TimThe site I need help with is mentalport-sample.de. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

Hi! I used jetpack.com/debug to see if I could spot the issue, and it seems there is in fact a connection error with your host. And if Jetpack can’t connect to your site, Google Docs wouldn’t be able to connect through it.
Can you contact your host and ask for help with this?
That gives some troubleshooting steps. Once the connection issue is resolved, it should work, but if you need more help I’d recommend contacting Jetpack support:
Or use their forums:
