I want to edit my website’s homepage html with Google’s verification tags. I now need to clear cache to see if Google can detect the tags in my website

The site maridalblue.co.za appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Diamatrix Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.
