Hi. I entered wordpress on 2013. Since 2014 I did not used the service and I did not notice that bills are activated for default. So I payed for 4 years a service that I did not use al all so I want my money back. I do not want to inactivate my account, so I’m looking for a way to inactivate my automatic payings and try to recover my money.

    Thanks.

    Greetings.

You can learn more about your purchases at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
“WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all of our upgrades except for Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. The refund period for Guided Transfers ends 30 days after purchase or as soon as your site has been moved, whichever comes first.”, https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/

  • Hi there,

As you can see from your Billing history, the last payment associated with your account was made on May 23, 2012. The upgrade you purchased back then expired a year later on May 23, 2013, and since it wasn’t renewed it has been removed from your account. There hasn’t been any renewal since then.

If you have any other questions, just let me know and I’ll be happy to help.
