Claiming the Username to an inactive account?

  I’ve been wanting this account and the domain for a while. The account has been inactive for 9 years and the blog has been deleted. I was wondering if it was possible for me to get the two.

  What account? The one you have or something else. The site linked to your username is deleted, so no, you will not be able to use that URL.
