I’m not sure what you’re asking here.
Privacy protection is free for any domain registered on WordPress.com that is eligible (some TLDs like .uk and .ca only allow private registration in certain circumstances), and the privacy protection never expires. You can manually remove it, should you choose, but you have it for as long as your domain is registered with us.
