Clashing Plugins

We ship both freight and UPS, and I have had the Unishippers Freight for WooCommerce plugin installed for quite a while. Recently I tried to install a FedEx plugin to get rate quotes for those products as well, and after it was installed and activated, it nullified the freight quotes and I was unable to see those anymore. Is it possible to have both freight and FedEx plugins active at the same time?
The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff)/. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.
