  Are there any updates on when the Classic Editor might retire?

  I see that WordPress has decided to shift its focus to make improvements on the Block Editor, but still continues to make Classic Editor available for use. Will Classic Editor eventually be removed as more people adjust to the Block Editor; if so, when?

  Hello there,

  There’s no information regarding that retirement (if it is retired…) to provide on that (again, if it ever happens).

  Admittedly the block editor (in my opinion) is far more superior an editor, because you can do so much more with presenting content.

  Is there something you’re looking to build or demonstrate with this editor?
