Clear Blog of all content

  I want to clear my blog of all content, but want to keep the URL. I tried to import a xml document but it’s just displayed a stack of css code instead of content.
  Blog url: http://gttip.wordpress.com/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please provide the correct and complete URL starting with http://
  Do you mean this blog > http://gttupdates.wordpress.com/
  Are you also aware that content deletion is irreversible.?
