    I have the message to ‘clear all issues pertaining to…Comment Reply via Email: Comment reply by email allows you to send a reply to a comment directly from the comment notification email.’ I have no idea what this means or how on earth I’d go about clearing the ‘issue’

    Where exactly are you seeing this message? Can you please take a screen shot and upload it to your media library at My Site ->Site ->Media?
