cleared my cache, blog is there but now being denied access to my dashboard

  I just cleared my cache because I was having problems with edited photos. my blog is still there, but i’m being denied access to the dashboard. then i logged in and was taken to a brand new dashboard WITHOUT any of my posts. i’m kind of freaking out as i have no idea how to trouble shoot this problem. hoping someone can help me.
