clearing content

hi, i want to delete all my posts but six. i tried doing the mass edit thing and it took ages to even make a dent. can staff just clear my blog except a few posts i would link them to?

We’re not able to do this, no. We can automatically empty your site, but that will remove all content, and is completely irreversible. If you want to keep some content on the site, the only way to do it is manually.
What you can do is export the posts you want to keep to a new site: Edit those posts and give them all the same category, that isn’t used on any other post. Then go to My Site ->Tools ->Export, and select the option to only export posts with a certain category.
Then create a new site in your account and import the posts there.
Once the posts and their images have imported to the new site, let us know here and we can empty the original site for you.
Once the site has been emptied, you can the export/import those six posts back to the now-empty original site.
Just note that if you follow this process any Likes you’ve received on those posts will be lost, as Likes cannot be exported or transferred between sites.

Ok, since there is no way to undo this, please confirm the URL of the site you want to empty, just to be sure we don’t empty the wrong one. :)
