    This is the WP email that I received today:
    Howdy! Some plugins have automatically updated to their latest versions on your site at https://www.clearwaterdigitalmarketingservices.com. No further action is needed on your part.
    Here is the other info from the update email:
    These plugins are now up to date:
    – W3 Total Cache (from version 2.2.3 to 2.2.4)
    – Yoast SEO (from version 19.4 to 19.5.1)

    However, when I go to this website address, this is the error message:
    There has been a critical error on this website.

    Where is my website? I joined in Feb 2019 with Pinpoint Local. I last paid for FloatHost Feb 25, 2002.

    Hello there,

    This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    With help with the critical error you would need to contact the hosting provider.

    I’d suspect that W3 Total Cache is perhaps the issue here, and they would be able to deactivate that for you.
