  clicking cancel upgrade does NOT remove domain privacy so I can transfer domain – I have given it 24 hours and privacy is still not removed. Please expedite.

  We want the privacy turned off on erikscause.com – funny in spite of every way I tried to indicate to your ‘automated’ system that you cannot tell this from your end…

  Please expedite this – we are trying to get the domain transferrred to a new registrar.

  I’ve removed the privacy option on erikscause.org, as you can see under Store > Domains:

  goDaddy has requested, but wordpress has not sent an authorization code from WordPress so we can transfer the domain. How do we get WP to send the domain transfer authorization code?

  Hi there, could you please confirm that your domain is unlocked and that you’ve checked your spam folder, since automated emails such as the authorization code sometimes end up trapped there?

  Also just to confirm – did you follow these instructions to generate the code?
